What is the luggage delivery area?

We can only deliver your luggage from Osaka City, Kobe City, Kyoto City or Nara City to Osaka City, Kobe City, Kyoto City or Nara City. For other areas, we offer charter service in stead of regular service.

Will my luggage be delivered to the hotel on the same day I check it in?

Yes. Luggage checked in by 18:00 will be delivered to the hotel on the same day.

What are the benefits of booking online in advance?

You do not need to fill out the invoice in Japanese. It will be automatically created based on the information you entered online. And you do not have to wait in line for the shipping procedure at the airport.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, You can pay by cash (Japanes yen), credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Credit cards accepted are VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover. We do not accept UnionPay card.

What are the security measures?

You can monitor your luggage through car's onboard camera from pick-up to drop-off. You don't have to worry about your luggage being stolen or lost.

What is the weight limit for luggage?

The maximum weight of a piece of luggage is 30kg(66lb). The gross weight of luggage that can be picked up is 330kg(727lb).
